Big problem!

Recently environmental pollution is a hot potato problem of our modern life, lots of shocking statistic numbers were released about the level of environmental pollution, such as violation in pollutants emission at factories all around the world, especially in developing countries like VietNam. Vietnam is facing an increasing number of environmental pollution challenges including air, water, and solid waste.

There are numerous of factors contributing to the above-mentioned problems include a high population growth rate, rapid urbanization, accelerating industrialization and lack of education and cultural awareness. These are warning messages for us about protecting our big house.

When I was talking with my girlfriend and asked her opinion about this problem.

Environment is an essential part of our life. A clean environment is necessary for a peaceful and healthy life. But nowadays, environment is being polluted badly. This pollution affects the health of all living species. when fossil fuel: natural gas, oil and coal are burned to provide energy for lighting, cooking, etc. Additionally, people litter rubbish on the streets, chop down many trees, burn forests, exhaust fumes from vehicles, they form polluting gases.

Not only on the land but also under the sea, oil is spilled from ships pollute sea water and kill marine life. Dirty water, chemical wastes from sewage works and factories are released to rivers, sea without any treatment. Fertilizers from farm land pollute river water and spreading disease. Our environment will be worsen if people continue do these things. we need to have sustainable solutions to protect the environment.

We should put garbage into trash bin, use water responsibly, we need a good wastewater treatment system before releasing them into the environment, Walking or using a bicycle in short distance instead of car, join in as many tree planting trips as you can, keep healthy life and keep clean atmosphere. When we protect our environment, we are protecting ourselves.

I hope the environment will be cleaner for our and future generations quality of life.
