Bad habits
I used to have a lot of bad habits, such as:
Bite my nails all the time. I didn’t know the harmful of it at the time. Then google showed me how dangerous of nail biting. For example, nail biting can:
- Damage the skin around the nail, increasing the risk of infection
- Increase the risk of cold and other infections by spreading germs from your fingers to your mouth
- Harm your teeth
Unconsciously picks my nose That’s right unconsciously, I believe that many of people on earth having this bad habit, we pick our nose when we feel bored, nervous, etc. And we even don’t realize it. Picking your nose is unlikely to cause you any serious problems. Still, it’s impolite in public.
Crack my knuckles/neck/back Alright, to be honest I love this habit and still doing it… as we all know knuckle cracking is a common and enjoyable behavior. A way to release stress, boredom or simply it’s a habit, BUT it’s an annoying thing for some people to hear the sound of it. One last thing, this’s a harmless habit for your health.
To finish, have you ever experience a friend chewing gum or clicking pen while talking to you, how do you feel? for me it’s annoying. I couldn’t focus when people doing these things.
