Check 5 days in Viet Nam part 1 here

After visiting the charming city of Nha Trang, We went back to Ho Chi Minh city (HCM) on a late flight, So lucky for us at that time we were celebrating our unification day, lots of events took place.

FYI, 04/30/1975 the historic day that People’s Army of Vietnam have defeated American army and their “back yard” government out of our Vietnam southern land and united our country our people. Ho Chi Minh city was name after our greatest hero, greatest president and the one who bring light to all of Vietnamese people, Ho Chi Minh, or Uncle Ho. To talk about The Vietnam war and the greatness of our Army our people I can tell you all day long. But let’s back to our trip!

First I took them to a local restaurant to taste Pho for breakfast then enjoin sipping a cup of the No.1 and the authentic Vietnamese coffee Trung Nguyen. I love Vietnamese coffee not only because the taste inside but the way to drink.

The way: It’s absolutely not kind of coffee when you are rushing, drink it when you have free time, drink it for relaxing and thinking. After ordering you will get a “Phin”, and it takes time for brewing process, then put a bit of sugar, milk if you want.

The taste: I love black coffee, at the first moment after sipping the bitter taste will dominate, the natural liquid then flows all over your tongue and the the flavor of original coffee bean now conquer the bitter and after swallowing it you will feel sweetness in your mouth.

Whenever you have chance to explore my Vietnam, please do not forget to taste the original Vietnamese coffee.

After filling up our stomach, I took them to the War Museum, and share to my friends about our great history, let them know more about my Vietnam. Actually, They told me they really enjoin and have another perspective about Vietnam and Vietnamese people, Before this trip they did not know much about Vietnam history, now they get more understanding and will share to their friends.

At night we walked around the city center area, Nguyen Hue walking street, Bui Viet night street, watched firework near the Sai Gon River.

The beauty of Ho Chi Minh city at night, the light from building, the moon
Every year to celebrate our unification date April, 30 the City government always perform fire work.
Lots of Foreigners and local residents gather at Bui Vien street at night to hang out until midnight
